Responsibilities:  Maintains and improves building and grounds by doing light repair and maintenance work, including pest control and mowing; organizing and overseeing volunteers for work days, including raking and deep cleaning; arranging for and working with outside contractors, including snow removal; informing the Board of needed major repairs and possible improvements.

Skills needed:  basic handyperson, coordinating, ability to arrange for and oversee contractors and volunteers

Time commitment:  4 hours a month in the winter to 12 hours a month in the summer due to yardwork

Responsibilities:  Handles and schedules requests for building usage from members, friends and outside organizations and communicates usage policies to them.  Keeps usage calendar.  Communicates with Board regarding usage issues; i.e., rent, calendar, etc.

Skills needed:  organization, communication

Time commitment:  1 hour a month throughout calendar year
